Highlights of the Power Desk 10

Design
The Power Desk 10 is a modular design series with a multiple axes option of up to 4 axes configuration. The machine is specially constructed to facilitate higher rigidity and low vibrations for better machining and positioning capabilities. The base table is constructed with high stiffness and low weight T-grooved aluminium profiles that enables easy mounting of the work piece. In addition to that, the ball screw drive and linear slide bearing guides enables a great running smoothness and a high positioning repeatability of +/- 0.05mm.

Drive Control
The Power Desk 10 comes with 4-axis ProMa Step 10-4 controller with integrated Windows XP PC. The input voltage is 110V to 230V and the output is 4x40V 4A. The positioning control itself is realized by means of the EdiTasc realtime software.

Software
The machine is shipped with Editasc Real time Operating/Controller software and CAM 2.0D software as a standard. Furthermore, the various import files are in the format of NC (G-Code), NCP (isel-format), HPGL (PLT-format).
