Highlights of the Moduflat Machine Series

Design

ModuFlat CNC machines are machines for various lines of business and fields of application with a good value for the money. We are able to provide complete solutions for proportioning, engraving, measuring, drilling and milling applications.

The basis is made of rigid steel and aluminium constructions of isel system profiles and elements. The play-free ball screw drives, used in the positioning axes, provide for high precision, accuracy and smooth running.

ModuFlat CNC machines are available as compact units in 4 standard sizes with traverse paths of

X = 400 / 800 mm
Y = 300 / 600 / 1200 mm,
Z = 150 mm

in open and closed design as well as with and without protective cover . The linear units with stepper motors are optimally matched to the mechanics, the power electronics and the controller together with
the software.

The 4-Axis-Stepper Controller have available a maximum step precision and is controllable about USB, RS232 as well as Parallel Port.

In case of the ModuFlat the portal section is being moved and the workpiece is being moved within the table area. This design makes the machines particu suitable for machine cutting up to four axis.

The basic configuration of the ModuFlat contains the CNC standard machine without base and protective cover as well as a handing control element with function keys and Emergency
OFF.(optional Control terminal)
