Highlights of the Miniflat Machine Series Design MiniFlat CNC machines are machines for various lines of business and fields of application with a good value for the money. We are able to provide complete solutions for proportioning, engraving, measuring, drilling and milling applications. The basis is made of rigid steel and aluminium constructions of isel system profiles and elements. The play-free ball screw drives, used in the positioning axes, provide for high precision, accuracy and smooth running. MiniFlat CNC machines are available as compact units in 4 standard sizes with traverse paths of X = 300 mm, Y = 400 / 800 / 1000 mm, Z = 150 mm in open and closed design as well as with and without base frame.The linear units with stepper motors are optimally matched to the mechanics, the power electronics and the controller together with the software. The Controller with Industry-PC iPC 10 is located at the back of the MiniFlat . The function keys and the emergency OFF are standard affixed at a hand control element. Optionally a CNC control terminal with a 10"-monitor and touch screen can be integrated. In case of the MiniFlat the portal section is being moved about the fixed table in X/Y-bearing. This design makes the machines suitable for machine cutting up to four axis. A wide range of functional application accessories and software applications as well as versions with other feed ranges are available for all CNC desktop machines.
